Local: · Steward 2002 to Present · Secretary and Executive Committee Officer- 2007 to Present · PAC chair- 2003 to present (re-elected twice) · Interim Chair of the Education & training committee · Bridge Builder Steering and Training Committee member.-This program was born out of an idea I had to fill a need in the Richmond Clinic Labor Management Committee. It has since grown to be a campus wide program. · 2009 Bargaining team member · Attended numerous AFSCME and AFL-CIO conventions as a delegate. · Serving as the Jobs With Justice steering committee member representing Local 328 (Currently helping them form a young workers caucus). Council (statewide body): · Elected as Special Sector Vice President · Liaison to Next Wave committee in Council 75----One of the 3 co-founders of the committee and helped to launch it nationwide. · Women’s committee · Environmental caucus---helped launch this committee statewide. · Council 75 Political Action Committee member · Past Executive Board member · Past Building Committee member |
